Company / Process

What actually happens, from first call to finished install

No jargon and no surprises — here's what to expect at each stage, and what we'll need from you along the way.

The three stages

Survey, install, then keep it working

01 — Survey & Design

We come and look, properly

An engineer visits the site to see how it's actually used — sightlines, entry points, where people and vehicles move, and what's already installed. You'll get a design based on the building in front of us, not a generic package, along with a clear, itemised quote before anything's agreed.

02 — Install

Fitted with minimal disruption

We arrange a time that suits the site — outside trading hours for a shop, around tenants for a residential block, in phases for a live commercial building. You'll be shown how everything works before we leave, not handed a manual and a login.

03 — Maintain & Support

The relationship doesn't end at handover

Scheduled servicing keeps cameras, sensors and panels doing their job, and there's a real person to call if something needs looking at between visits. See our maintenance page for what's covered.

What we'll need from you

  • Access to the site for the survey and install
  • A rough idea of what you're trying to solve
  • Details of anything already installed, if relevant
  • A decision-maker available to sign off the quote
No pressure, no guesswork

A quote you can actually compare

The survey is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Afterwards you'll get an itemised quote that says exactly what's being fitted and why, so it's easy to compare against anyone else you're talking to — rather than a single number with no breakdown behind it.

Larger or multi-system projects naturally take longer than a single domestic alarm, and we'll always tell you honestly at the survey stage roughly what kind of timeframe you're looking at for your specific site, rather than quoting a one-size-fits-all turnaround.

Common questions

Things people usually ask before booking a survey

  • Does the survey cost anything? No — it's free and there's no obligation to go ahead afterwards.
  • Do I need to be there in person?Ideally yes, or another decision-maker who knows the site, so we can talk through what you actually need rather than guessing.
  • Can you work around an occupied building?Yes — we plan installs around trading hours, tenants or shift patterns wherever that's needed.
  • What if I already have some equipment? We'll assess what's there and tell you honestly what's worth keeping rather than insisting on a full replacement.
